Stehpanie was given our details by her local aquatic shop in Epping after her previous expierence with a "pond expert" resulted in all her fish dying after being in storage for nearly a year.
Our first job was to move her new koi from one property to another however, it was quickly decided that the current pond wasnt going to be big enough so a temporary holding tank with filtration was installed and this was left for one week for the water to mature.
Over the next week her fish were moved two at a time, every other day until they were all at their new location.
We were then asked to design a koi pond with filtration that would be a central feature of the new homes garden.
Our design and quote was agreed so the work was booked into our diary.
The old pond was de comissioned, the new pond was dug out, constructed and filtration installed.
We now return on a monthly basis to maintain the pond.
