Check your trip switch first!

Went to a job this afternoon in Brixton, South London where we had previosuly installed a new filtration system on a school pond.

The caretaker had called me to say "the pump was broken (we didnt install the pump!) and can you come and replace it!?"

We get to the school, go to the pond and everything (air pump, filter pump & UVC) is dead so i ask "where is the main fuse board to check?"

Over to a cupboard we walk an hey presto push the trip switch back on and everything is working.

Wasted journey? or all part of the after service?
