Hampstead pond sealing with impermax paint

Over the past 2 years i have visited this pond in Hampstead, London on several occassions and spoken to the owner about sealing the structure ready for it to hold water.

I finally get the call saying the pond is all clean and dry so when can we come and do the works?

So the day we had arranged to carry out the works arrives and quess what? The pond is full of debris and water!

Half a day was spent cleaning and drying the structure and then the first of 4 coats of Impermax paint were applied.

Over the next 3 days we returned and re painted the pond with another 3 layers.
