As part of a pond management contract with Dyrham Park Golf Course in Barnet, London we treated excess aquatic vegetation in one of the golf course ponds then removed them all manualy once they had died back.
These were removed becuase the excess growth was restricitng the flow of water from one pond to another and causing the course to flood.
Once they were removed the ponds water level dropped by about 4 inches in under an hour.
